My New Hive from Spring 2022

Sucess was the name of the game a couple of weeks ago (early April of 2022). After losing my hive last year, I successfully caught a new one in my swarm trap. After a week of the bees "occupying" their new living quarters, I permanently moved them into their new hive. A picture of the hive and bees can be seen on the page. It is my hope the bees will continue to thrive and I will be able to rob the hive this upcoming October to obtain honey for home use and to give to family, friends, or for sale.
